We,Hanyu-city,will hold the annual event of World Mascot Character Summit in Hanyu where was changed its name from Yuru-chara Summit in Hanyu in November.
The 4th Yuru-chara Summit in Hanyu last year, 452 mascot characters from all 47 prefectures and 6 overseas got together and broke the Guinness world record for Largest mascot gathering.
Hanyu-city celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.The evet was renamed as the milestone and make it more excited.
Our aim is to be an international mascot character event.
We are looking forward to your participation from all over Japan and around the world!

Visitors and Participating Mascot Characters Expected
　300,000 visitors and 300 Mascots
　*If there are more applicants than required,it will be accepted in order of application.

Exhibition fee regardless of a day or two

　　Public bodies or proactive organizations in community buildings.

　Group B)
　　Others (refer to the rules of supporting companies)
　　200,000 yen *The number of participants may be limited.

Equipment and Cost of Booth Set up
A group can use a booth free of charge
1 booth: 1800mm Width, 2700mm Depth(Half of tent space)
with a long desk and 2 chairs

Additional order (regardless of a day or two)
　・1 booth with a desk and 2 chairs
　　Group A 10,000yen / Group B 100,000yen
　　*Every group can order up to 3 booths.
　・1 long desk　2,000yen
　・1 chair　500yen

Benefits of exhibitors
　①Mascot character's names and photos can be put on official A1 size posters and leaflets.
　②Mascot character's profiles can be put on official leaflets.
　③We have a plan for Get-together by the participants.
　　　200 people expected (5,000yen per person)
　④The groups to participate in the get-together have priority of reservation
　　　at HOTEL GRANTIA HANYU SPA RESORT.
　　　　・Advance reservation starts on August 1st(Fri) 2014 *the above groups only
　　　　・General reservation starts on September 1st(Mon) 2014
*Notice
　Please call the hotel when you make a reservation.Rooms are booked in order of
　calling. Depending on the situation, rooms are not available.
*We can offer Ventos (box lunch) for a fee.
　Ventos were served for free of charge last year, we are sorry that we don't this year.
